    "Today I’m designing products in Elastic. Before that I used to be the first design expert hired in Amsterdam, The Netherlands at Miro during their `HyperGrowth` period of 2020-2022. I was responsible of bringing the Miro Platform to market, leading the design vision for 5+ teams. Handling the hypescale from 250k users to 18M users.",
    "From 2022 I started working as a design and experience expert at Elastic with focus on Observability. I often move between teams, and that allowed me to build a reputation for vision-setting, working fast, collaborate effectively and adapt to changing needs. Often spreading my influence and experience from early pitches to late stage releases. My projects expand in a cross-solution way across the organisation, which expects work and collaboration with leadership, and C-level executives. My expertise, experience, product knowledge, along with technical and design versatility became extremely valuable in the preparation of many early stage projects, which often are wrapped in ambiguity.
